~ Mommy and Me Fit Class ~

The Mommy and Me Fit Class is designed to get you moving with your child. Whether your child is 2 months old or 4 years old, the class will incorporate them, get them out of the house and into the fresh air, exposing them to a healthy lifestyle. For thats what its all about. We will be working on cardiovascular endurance, strength training and flexibility. The class runs for 6 week sessions with a week break between each session period.

The classes will be held at a local park (could change from classes to class but will update the site when needed), on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00am until 10:00am. There will be play time and social time for the parents afterwards with healthy snacks every so often.

Please bring with you your stroller if your child will be in one, water and a towel to put on the ground for yourself and/or your child depending on what we are doing that day.
